It's really all up to you how you want her to be. Most people though seem to have them start out as a fairly normal person then begin to change. I say do what you want, and if you're concerned about wanting extra for their personality section, may I suggest using testrun_box? You can have different prompts for people to tag and have a variety to show the character's personality.
